So far this is the fullest version of this video available, but it still doesn't really seem to tell the whole story.

Apparently the Black woman though this lady was trying to hit her daughter with her car. After arguing for a while the white lady gets in her car and seems ready to drive off.

Then she changes her mind, gets out the car, and pulls a handgun out. She starts screaming so much it seems inevitable that she's going to pull the trigger.

Thankfully nothing else happened. Later the woman was arrested and charged with a felony assault for threatening to shoot someone.
