29-year-old Andrew Holmgren stole a car before leading police on a 100mph+ chase ending when he drove the car into the Cowlitz River near Portland, Oregon. He escaped the sinking car and tried to board a fishing boat before getting kicked off. The sheriff's office said he also attacked a K-9 and tried to take some drugs before getting arrested.
