An Uber driver got a very rude, demanding passenger in their car but kept his cool with her despite her behavior. Then she tried to tell him which way he should be going - despite the fact that his app clearly told him which way was faster after accounting for traffic. Well, the customer is always right, right? It just goes to show that if you think you know more than the person doing this for a living, maybe think twice.

It's sad how often people are downright horrible to Uber drivers. The entitlement of some people is absolutely insane sometimes.
